Tickets for children 10 years and older as well as adult tickets are $72.00 for a one day, one park ticket. Single day tickets cannot be purchased on the Disneyland web site unless you purchase a Park Hopper Ticket. A Park Hopper Ticket gives you admission to both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. $87 for children 3-9 and $97 for children 10 and older and adults for a Park Hopper Ticket.
If you live in Southern California you can take advantage of the 2fer ticket which gives you one day admission to Disneyland and one day admission to Disney's California Adventure for the price of a single day admission ticket.
