There are ways to get legit discount Disneyland tickets. I've done it before, but for the sake of keeping those discounts available in the future, I'm not going to post the link here. It took me days of searching the internet to find it, so if you keep looking....you just might find discount tickets.

YES, you can get discounted tickets, My wife works for a large corporation in So.Cal. Her company offers discounted tickets through their H.R. Department. If you work for a large company, contact your HR department and talk to them. We had to order ours, they took two weeks.

Why would you give me thumbs down when I gave the only Real answer on how to get discount tickets, Last year when tickets were $72 each we purchased them for $52 each, thats $20 off per one day adult ticket. NO one else give Disney discounts like that!

there is no way but to meet some disneyland staff so they could give you discounts =/ unless you enter to win some tickets. sorry my answer wasnt that helpful

or you could volenteer!!! you get a free ticket!! it would be great for the community!!!

Can I give my free Disneyland ticket, that I got from volunteering, to someone else?

I have gone to Disneyland countless times and this is my second year as a Annual Passholder. I did the Give A Day Get A Disney Day program and received my free Disney ticket. I have already printed out my voucher and know what I need to do in order to get my actual ticket. I was wondering that after I give them my voucher, will my Disney ticket be like the regular purchased ticket or will it have my name on it? I ask because I want to give it to my bf's little brother who might be going with us. Has anyone already gone to Disneyland with their free ticket? I would like to know that if it looks like a Disneyland ticket that was purchased or will it look different and will say my name on it.

Sorry, but the voucher tickets are non-transferrable, meaning you can't give your ticket to someone else. From the Give A Day FAQ:

Can I give the free ticket to someone else?
The ticket is non-transferable so you may not give it to someone else, but you may donate your ticket to one of the following non-profit organizations designated by Disney Parks through this site:
* Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida
* Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern California
* Dreams Take Flight Canada


I thought a way around this might be to use the ticket and upgrade to a Park Hopper which you could give to someone else, but they answer that too:

May I upgrade my free one day ticket to an Annual Pass or multi-day ticket?
Yes, you may upgrade the free ticket to another ticket type of greater value within the applicable upgrade window. However, you are responsible for the incremental cost and the new ticket may only be used by you. No changes or refunds will be given. The value of the free ticket may not be used to combine or upgrade with a separate single or multi-day ticket.


As an Annual Passholder, you can select another option rather than the ticket which could be shared, like Fast Passes for you and five friends.

If I have a valid multi-day ticket or an Annual Pass or Passport, is there anything else that I can receive?

My wife and I are going to Hong Kong on 22nd to 25th May on a free and easy (on our own) can you give us idea how much ticket for Disneyland, how much taxi (asuming from airport to city), what time is the good time to go to disneyland, how much ticket to Ocean Park and how much ferry ticket to Macau? hk disney....1 day admission HK$350. wil be abt S$70. taxi fr airport to the city min. HK$300. depends on which district u r going. HK$300 wil be like going kowloon side. if HK side wil be a bit more as u hv to use the cross harbour tunnel which charge. boat's tix to Macau for adult roundtrip = approx. HK$340 per head. boats run 24-7. prebook if u go during w.end as v crowded. better pick a w.day. ocean park wil be aro HK$200 per adult. u can rake their pay-shuttle fr outside the admiralty MTR station. always use our MTR (which = MRT of yours) as it's clean, fast & cheap. using the MTR, u can even headed to disney n try on the mickey's train .
